We chose to eat at The Refinery as it was a stones throw away from the train station, so it was super convenient for when we were due to go home. This post will be short & sweet as we were in a rush for our train & subsequently I didn’t get many photos.
I can only explain The Refinery as one of the fanciest Dog Friendly places I’ve ever eaten in. It wasn’t somewhere that you would naturally expect to allow dogs, but there were dogs with just about every other table eating- it was such a nice experience! The decor was so tasteful- modern and contemporary.
The food was amazing. I had a super yummy halloumi burger, which is probably one of my favourite dishes. The whole menu was very up-to-date modern & there was a huge selection to choose from.
I’m gutted that there isn’t a Refinery closer to home, I really did enjoy the whole experience. Definitely worth a visit if you’re ever in Edinburgh.
