At the weekend we went to York Balloon Fiesta, hosted by Make it York, York’s Ultra Fibre Optic & Minster FM. It’s the 2nd time we’ve been, we went last year but because the weather was so poor the balloon flights didn’t really happen.
However, this year you couldn’t have asked for better weather. The bright autumnal sun shone down & it was a very pleasant evening. The event ran from Friday afternoon to Sunday evening. It included multiple balloon flights, 2 light shows, fireworks & even dog displays. Here are some photos from our trip.
